So, after the fuzz of nearly 3 days without power, we are finally getting back to somewhat normal. Ben had the week off for 4th of July, so we played at our usual spots (the zoo, the park) and added a new spot--the lake! Yes, Ben has finished the boat and we are now enjoying the fruits of his labor. And, he taught me how to drive the boat so he could go tubing. Of course, I had to take him for a little ride. Try to throw the boy off, you know...that is the point of tubing!
